Livingston Rhone Report 3 Sterne Tankprobe: (vat) very dark red; the bouquet has a succulent nature, is sweet, filled with cassis fruit, jam-like in style. The palate also gives a sweet hand-out of mixed berry fruits, the attack smooth and fleshy, an oily note in the texture, the finish rounded, a note of black olives there. This feels a little high on degree and sun strength, is a flattering Côtes, but not one to drink freely. For sweet-toothers, it is paradise! From mid-2021. 2027-28 Nov 2020
